Ninety-Ninth Day of School

Yesterday in Writing, we edited for spelling and end-of-sentence punctuation. We used the strategy of referring to the sound spelling cards for alternate sound spellings.

In Science today, we observed air pushing on water in a closed and open system using syringes, bottles, rubber stoppers, pipettes, and plastic tubing.

Math Test

Of 24 students taking the Chapter 4 Math Test, 20 passed with an adjusted score of 13 or better. The high score was 19.
